We accept returns if the items you purchased are damaged or doesn’t fit for the purpose but the returning items should be in saleable condition. If you have received such products, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the order at [email protected] with an explanation, a photo attachment of the damage, and the order number. For unwanted products, the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Our products are usually shipped within 2-5 days after the completion of the order.
We start making flowers as we receive orders,it can take 2-5 days to complete and dry products. So it’s important to leave plenty of time of at least a week.
